A reservation deposit of £200 per rental is required with the completed booking form, except in high season/Christmas/New Year/Easter when £300 is required.
The full balance is payable no later than 3 calendar months prior to the date of rental arrival. If booking made less than 3 months in advance of arrival, full payment must be made, including cleaning cost if booking is for less than 7 nights.
Sunset View must be vacated before 11:00 am on your day of departure; this is to be strictly adhered to as the cleaning staff have limited time before the next arrival.
