Welcome to Sunset View, our Floridian vacation rental home located in a tranquil setting on one of the newest, upmarket, gated conservation communities of Marbella at Davenport. This home was completed in 2007 and comfortably accommodates eight people whilst offering wonderful views onto a natural conservation area and small lake from the pool and patio area. Marbella is less than 20 minutes drive from Disney World Main Gate and little further to most of the other theme-parks that Orlando has to offer. This is a 4 bedroom, three bathroom villa with private screened pool and Jacuzzi spa. It is in a peaceful location, overlooking a wooded conservation area and has the advantage of being located just off US Highway 27 and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. |

Easy access to both Interstate 4 and the US 192 enables you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and Tampa with beautiful beaches and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. If there is a Space Shuttle or Satellite Rocket due to go up into space from Kennedy during your stay, you can plainly see the take off on a clear day or night; it is truly spectacular! Within a couple of miles or so you will find an Irish Bar which serves good hearty food and boasts live music and often shows live televised sports; American Baseball, British football, Cricket, etc. |
Ladies can be pampered at the local Hair Salon and Nail Bar or wander round the large, air conditioned stores and coffee bars at Posner Park. You'll find a good choice of Gas (petrol) Stations close by along with Chinese, Italian and American Restaurants and take aways; Perkins, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, McDonald's, Wendy's, Denny's, I-Hop, etc . There's a Publix Supermarket, Doctor's Office, Hospital, a Bank and a Pharmacy quite close by and 3 miles south you'll find a 24 hour Wal-Mart Super Centre selling everything from fresh and frozen foods, clothing, toys and games, pharmacy goods, toiletries and fishing tackle!
At Posner Park the shops are all newly opened. Between J C Penny's, Michaels Craft Centre, Staples, Belk, Target, Java Joes', Petsmart and the Dollar Tree you'll never be short of choice! There's also a great book shop, Books-A-Million - just in case you don't bring enough books to read while you're lazing by the pool.
"Marbella" is a newly opened vacation home development. Although our home, Sunset View, is in a cul de sac of completed rental houses, there are some sites further round the community still to be built upon. Whist building work will not be taking place in the immediate location of this home, as on any housing development, some routine maintenance work may take place nearby. This will, if at all possible, be during normal working hours and noise will be kept to a minimum, as the work dictates.
